Dalian, a major port and financial hub in northern China, is also known as the “City of Romance.” The Green Dalian Project has consistently implemented the “Green Electricity Lights Up Dalian” initiative since its inception. Focusing on three key aspects – lighting modes, product selection, and natural landscape integration – the project creates a romantic “Starry Sea Illuminating the Night Sky” ambiance in Xinghai District. The design employs customized dynamic pixel lights from OSRAM (a brand under Traxon e:cue). In performance mode, these lights interact with surrounding buildings and the Xinghai Bay Bridge illumination, creating a starry urban tapestry that enhances the city’s graceful charm.
These dynamic pixel lights feature high energy efficiency, scenario customization, strong compatibility, quick installation, and convenient maintenance. Leveraging Traxon e:cue’s robust product supply chain system, these lights can be customized for different projects and architectural structures with precision down to multiple dimensions like the number of mid-points in light strings and pixel spacing. By integrating lighting control, natural landscapes, and cultural elements, the project pioneers a large-scale urban light show with a technology-driven fashion theme—an innovative display format in China.
